We cruised from Barbados on 2 January having arrived n the ship the day before. We thought the ship was fabulous and the decor very tasteful. We had a balcony cabin midship on D deck and found it very comfortable. We liked the open wardrobe and the glass door to the shower. Our cabin steward was friendly and efficient.
We were on Freedom dining and were allocated the Peninsular restaurant. We thought the food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. We sometimes ate lunch in the Peninsular and only once had breakfast there. We always enjoyed being in this restaurant.
The Horizon buffet restaurant is very well laid out and the food always looked fresh and appetising. On a few occasions it was really crowded but at other times was fine. Again the staff were lovely. We usually had breakfast and lunch in this restaurant and enjoyed the food.
Nice modern cabin, small bathroom but very nice with glass door to shower. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hanging space, not so much drawer space.
We walked into the town and shopped near the port.
Mainly driving around with two stops. Annandale falls where you are hassled to give money to the jumpers.
A viewpoint for a lake which is just a tourist stop with shops.
Great excursion in open sided bus. Wonderful views. We went to Cane Garden Beach and Pussers Landing. Great guide with lots of information.
Wandered around on our own.
Not keen on the town area.
Walked to town and beach.
