This is the 6th time I have cruised from Galveston. The cruise ship before this one was the Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas. It was great, we were sold on Royal Caribbean. Then we went on this 9-day cruise on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas. Big mistake. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother, and 71 year old husband. He is on oxygen, and the company would not allow the ship to take the oxygen on board. We have never had this trouble before, ever.

So he cruised for 9 days without his oxygen. We were also given the wrong room, with only one bed and no couch. So the steward brought my Mother a rollaway bed. The casino was very disappointing as the slot machines did not provide any variety of play. One of the front desk employees, Marina was very rude to us. And the casino cashiers were rude also.

The food was okay, but there was never anything different, which got bad after 9 days. The pizza was terrible. The only decent dessert were the cookies. The ship just looked old and needed to be refurbished.

Cabin E1

The cabin was nice enough, just old looking, and needed some updating.
