There wasn't much to do. Beach access was difficult and expensive. One day was definitely enough time there, and many of the people we met didn't spend more than a few hours on land.    
We walked through most of downtown, to the library, the Government House, Parliament Square, to the Queen's Staircase and Fort Fincastle, and then finally over to Paradise Island. Sidewalks randomly disappeared, but for the most part, it was an easy, though long, walk. The walk over the bridge to Paradise Island is great - the views are fantastic and it seemed safe.    
Food is expensive. We had lunch at Jamba Juice and paid $35 for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a bottle of water.    
We went through the Atlantis Aquarium, which was great, just pricey.    
We accomplished all of that - on foot! - between 11:30ish and 6:00. It wasn't rushed at all and we spent about 3 hours at Atlantis.  

Nassau

Quiet location. Port holes are about 4 feet beyond the cabin's walls, so it creates a weird alcove, but it really makes the room feel bigger.

The third time they evidently had only one man working the station and we waited 15 - 20 minutes to get two pieces of pizza (and we were at the beginning of the line).Crew was quick to close food service areas, and slow to open new ones.
