This cruise was horrendous and will be our last cruise wth P&O. Our main gripe was the food. Apart from the restaurants where there was a supplement of £15 or so the food was inedible. Food on the buffet, Belvadere was always cold or lukewarm even the soup. It all looked unappetising unless you are a rabbit as the salad and cold meats looked fine.

The Meridien restaurant served food which was either cold or the meat was so tough you couldn't cut it with a knife. I found it embarrassing to ask the waiter to take my plate away so we stopped going there. One evening we waited 45 minutes after we had ordered tomato soup.

The cabin was quite noisy when the wind blew and it creeked quite a lot in the night.
