I am a Diamond member and have do 21 cruises. Most with RCL. I have seen ever since the larger ships have come to be that the mid range ships have suffered with trained staff, amenities, and services.

I done this trip before from PR to So. Carri bean on the same ship 5 years ago and it was very different this time. I ran into rude staff members who have no idea what customer service is. I thought though the choices for food were good the quality was poor. Example we ordered the strip steak for dinner two different times and it was awful. We had the room Stewart forget to do our room one evening. I requested to have ice every AM for an ailment and it took 4 days to get them to do this regularly. General thing on the ship for Diamond members were not spelled out . Three stops seemed to have been shortened. Bonaire was 10.00 to 330. very difficult to see and do things. The shows where below average yes a couple were good but 50% were not. Ship was getting a little tied looking too.

I am seriously considering different line and leave RCL.
