We arrived with high expectations as loyal princess cruisers.

Boarding was quick and efficient and cabin was ready but we were greeted by a foul stench in the corridor. Attended muster as we ALWAYS do and was scanned in, later that evening we received a letter 'telling us off' for missing muster. Went to reception to be told don't worry the scanners don't always work! not impressed.

Card left on bed to collect gifts that I had pre-ordered, these were due to arrive Christmas day as a surprise not just waiting on the bed on arrival day.Went to shop to collect gifts to be told they were out of stock so pick something out instead, when I asked what value I was told an approx amount that was incorrect (considerably less than had been prepaid). Why didn't they send a card saying it was out of stock instead of raising expectations and the dashing them. Read more
