Safety is a huge concern for me. I was horrified that our muster station was out in an open deck arena. If there was an issue with the ship in inclement weather we would be exposed and certainly chaos could reign in that environment. I was very concerned that we were not provided life vests in our room. Having 5000 passengers rely on the staff to give out vest in a true emergency seemed like trouble waiting to happen. I have been on over 50 cruises and this is the first time I ever felt uneasy about my safety.

My room attendant was lovely, helpful and kept our space very clean. His cheerful face was always appreciated. The meals in the specialty restaurants were tasteful and well presented, staff gracious and very attentive. Their internet was the best I ever encountered at sea. Entertainment was exceptional - The Ocean Aria and Blue Planet were over the top. The Valet luggage service was great - the luggage went from our cabin door to our final airport destination. Worth every penny as it included our boarding pass and made for a very smooth disembarkation.

Service over all was always an issue unless we paid for it.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

The cabin was ok in size (outside balcony) - closet and storage areas very tight. This cabin was perfect for access for dining and public areas. Those with walking issues should choose aft - as the ship is very very long. Our attendant kept the room spotless.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Loved this - was a bit pricey but felt luxurious. All other excursions (snorkel, jetski and parasail - were canceled due to high winds/waves, refunds were very smooth.

Falmouth

Loved our guide - very gentle, pretty ride.
