This was my first cruise on the sunshine. My 12th cruise with carnival. This was by far th e worst cruise with Carnival. Most of the staff I encountered was rude. Except for our cabin steward. We have never had a bad cabin steward. Food left something to be desired. My husband was served raw chicken and every night he had to tell them no sauces on anything and every night that messed up his meal. Our head waiter every time we asked him for something he would interupt us and tell us to ask the other waiter. The only thing he was worried about was putting on a show. First night of cruise daughters room was flooded and smelled like sewage. They should have replaced her luggage but said they were going to have it cleaned. They took it and we never heard anything from them until I went to Pursers desk to ask. They had nothing in computer about it. They said they had no luggage to replace it . When they brought it to her room they had not cleaned it. She had to put her things in garbage bags and then had to put them in her suitcase so she could fly home. They got an attitude if you had a problem. Very unsatisfactory. Worst crew and ship I have ever been on. Also no matter where you went on ship all you could smell was sewage. Not good.
