This was my first cruise. The ship was three hours late. you cannot fault them as the weather was. However the communication was not extremely good and a few of the people on the ground knew what was happening.

They could have also provided people with water given it was blazing hot in Cape Town. Only hours later did we find out there was a water station and they handed out water as we boarded but it was too late.

The check in experience was quick and easy. On entering the ship their was a whoah from all of us. It was beautiful. It brought a smile on all our faces. We were greeted with an overall welcome on-board.
