The port was awful - 3 hour wait to check in after waiting 1 hour to get a ride from the parking lot to the port. No water, any place to sit, or explanation given for the long lines. Got a letter on our bunk in the stateroom two days after we left the port apologizing. Little too late.

The bartenders were unfriendly, to say the least, and made it a point to avoid eye contact. They need customer service courses. It was a chore to get a drink at the pool. Service was sparse, if at all. By the way, charging almost $5 for a bottle of water is outrageous and having to fight to get a refill for your room is nothing short of a rip-off.

The entertainment the first two nights was below par. The ship became a ghost ship after 10:00. This was a good cruise for people that go to bed at 9:00.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1B

cabin was clean and drab. Towels were in need of replacement (looked like they past their lifespan quite some time ago)
