Just arrived home from two great weeks on the Britannia. The balcony cabin was excellent, our steward Ebinson - fantastic. We loved ALL of the food. Spa services were great - Millie so obliging and helpful. No real problems.

However: the Sunbed fiasco was unbelievable. Signs are displayed on tv screens with 'rules' - not sure anybody reads them. At 0700 one morning, there were NO sun beds for our day at sea. 90% of these were vacant with towels and bags on them. So frustrating. This was the norm. Additionally, the noise level outside was mega - so much that my husband and I could not hear each other, three feet apart. We had to go inside.

The day pass for the Hydropool area in the Spa at £25 each was reasonable value. However, only Earl Grey Tea and water available with Luke warm water in flasks. Also the Bath Robes would only fit a size 8 at the most.

Cabin Review

Cabin Queen with Balcony

Great cabin. Fresh, modern and comfortable. TV had an excellent range of programmers and films - a great change from other ships. Bathroom small but adequate. Products from the White Company were lovely. No problems at all.
