We sailed on the week of New Year's and had the most wonderful trip. The Jade was clean and beautiful, the staff all helpful and welcoming. The food and service was great and we didn't dine in any speciality restaurants which were an additional cost. Entertainment was very good, enjoyed most of the shows and other activities such as trivia, the ship had to offer.
We researched and did all of our excursions with local tour companies and they were amazing, highly recommend Rony and Eli tours in Belize and Roatan. Went to Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel and did the Royal Swim and it was awesome. We loved how the ship staff welcomed us back at the ports - cool cloths, water and music, nice touch!
The White Party on the ship was fun, and the New Year Eve parties, including a balloon drop in the atrium, and other parties throughout the ship were unbelievable, the best New Year's Eve we ever had. Norwegian offered lots of different music entertainment all over the ship.

Go early to avoid the crowd! Take the tram tour and see Mission Control and Rocket Park.
Belize City
Julian was there waiting for us, air conditioned van, great boat ride, answered all our questions about Belize. Arranged for a Mayan tour guide at the ruins. Wonderful lunch at the family home.
Roatan
Arnold from Eli Tours was outstanding! Air conditioned van, took us to the Pirates of the Caribbean for zip lining, the Monkey Park and West Bay Beach. Treated us like royalty!!!! Best day of excursions.
Cozumel
Royal Swim for sure, you won't regret!
