Just spent Christmas & New Years on the MSC Divina and I would like to share my thoughts.

This was my first cruise with this line and while the ship is beautiful, MSC sure has a few things to learn about systems/standards & service.

On every cruise I've ever gone on the waitresses are walking everywhere with full trays, on the Divina it's like playing a game of where's waldo finding a waitress and when you do it takes an average 15 minutes to get your drink. After a few days of frustrations I figured it would be easier to just go to the bar myself, but that didn't work as the bartenders cant swipe your card or take your drink vouchers they can only make drinks. So the bartender has to find a waitress (good luck) in order to process your drink order. Then watching the bartenders struggle with keeping up with drink orders was another entertaining thing to watch! They are literally using cheap household blenders?!? Watching them make 1 pina colada then wash it out and then make a margarita and then wash it out etc... was laughable but I did feel sorry for them. Most cruise lines have slushy machines that make this process much easier.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Cabin was average size, bathroom was a little tight and the strange shower doors that folded in and out caused the water to leak all over the floor. Went through 5+ towels a day keeping the floor dry.
