This cruise was overall what we expected. We have cruised with other companies to the Caribbean. Because of my job, I must stay somewhat connected. Norwegian had a promotion that included 250 free internet minutes for each room. The sales guy told us not to go with the internet package and am i so glad we didn't. We opted to go with the unlimited package. This package was super expensive at $30/ per day. This wouldn't have been so bad if the internet service was decent. This was the absolute worst internet I have ever used in my life. Even dial up would have been better. And to add insult to injury, it many times took 30 -45 min just to log on. Well wasting my vacation time waiting to log on really took the cake. The bad thing is that they promote it as unlimited internet....well unlimited if you can log on AND if you can even use it because its so slow. Oh yeah...they block things like Netflix etc. none of which they tell you.

Moving on. The information given about debarkation is less than adequate. The daily information ship only gives an arrival time. It gave no instructions about getting off of the boat unless you had one of their excursions.....

The second day we went on one of their excursions. The guy they had giving instructions had terrible english. What a silly thing to do. Have someone who cant speak english to give instructions in english. As a native speaker, I had a hard time understanding him. Anyone who is NOT a native speaker must have been going crazy.
