I am an avid cruiser. After 21 cruises maybe I am extremely spoiled to great service and quality. I figured I would try RC after many great experiences on Celebrity.

I knew things were headed south from the cattle call embarkation. Very unorganized and no real information once on the boat of where to go or what to do.

I was pleasantly surprised with my cabin. It was spacious for an ocean view and had asked for a room near the casino. Multiple times my room was found ajar and one time out of the entire cruise I saw and spoke to my room attendant. Had to ask for items to be restocked on a daily basis. Read more
