I don't like writing negative reviews but RCCL really dropped the ball on this one. First time RCCL and the last. We've done nine cruises and this was the worst. Embarkment was slow we weren't able to board till 3.30, then it took 45 mins, they said they had to make sure the ship was clear of the virus. First of, my ship card wouldn't work, went to guest services after standing in a long line for 30 mins got that sorted, then the safe wouldn't lock got that sorted, when we took off our shoes noticed the carpet was soaking wet asked the cabin steward to see into it ,turns out the toilet had been leaking water and it had come through the tiles, they fixed that but then we had a industrial blower going in our cabin for the day to dry it out, they were very apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine for our trouble.

Cabin good size but to say that the ship has had a complete make over is stretching the truth, the bathroom is tiny and if you drop the soap there's no room to bend over to pick it up. Room service was ok but no menu in the cabin, balcony was a good size apart from the paint slapped every where, our sliding door had been repaired, spot welded along the bottom but never repainted. T.V was hopeless no oz news plenty from all over the world but not where we were, every thing american no movies unless you paid for them.

Windjammer food was good but wait staff grumpy and seemed not to want to be there. Supervisors arrogant. The first two days the wait staff just wiped the table on to the floor crumbs, food, every thing, some one must have said something because that stopped. We had my time dinning which worked out really well, the waiters were very good, friendly and the food was excellent. Supervisors once again very arrogant . Xmas dinner was a big disappointment no sea food, no roast turkey, Xmas pudding was chocolate mud cake and no Xmas cake, to say this was a Xmas cruise Ha.
