Sail Date: Dec 2015

We sailed on the Silhouette out of Port Everglades on Dec. 13. The ship is magnificent, the wait staff in the Ocean View café (Maryna from the Ukraine especially) and main dining room, the Grand Cuvee-Josue and Miguel) were excellent. The best meal in the MDR was the Portobello mushroom entrée (I am a vegetarian). Other choices were always good. There was a wide selection for lunch and breakfast in the OVC. Sometimes crowded, but certainly not an issue.

The cruise director, Rich, was outstanding. The two comedians were great. One of the funniest afternoons was the Liars' Club at which Rich, Sarah, the activities director, and the captain were on stage. What a hoot, especially the droll and handsome captain's reactions and comments.

Jayne Curry is an outstanding performer as well.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside stateroom

Spacious, very clean, top caliber. Crusito worked hard all the time.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Good.

Cozumel

Okay.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Nice.

Falmouth

Walked through old Falmouth neighborhood. Very poor population, seemed as if it would have been dangerous without our two tour guides.

Labadee

Nice kayaking trip!
