This was the 10th cruise for my husband and I. We typically stay in a balcony room. We have upgraded a couple times to concierge level (On Celebrity) and had a family balcony room (on RC); however this was our first time in a suite.

So this review is really about our experience in a suite. We found the entire cruising experience to be so different when staying in The Haven. I've read several reviews from other cruise lines and NCL's Haven Experience definitely surpasses other cruise line suite experiences!!!

To start, we went through security and immediately noticed the difference when staying in a Haven Suite. We went into a room with coffee, juice, and pastries. We sat as they brought us the final paperwork to complete. We were then escorted past the lines for standard check in, past the lines in the gangway, and up to a dedicated elevator. Once on the 17th floor, we were escorted into the Haven lounge where our concierge was introduced to us. Honestly, being our first time in a suite, we felt like rock stars! It was pretty cool.
