Tampa was easy to park and check in but the harbor is nothing much to look at. The Brilliance was thrilling to look at from the outside and has many interested angles to her. She's quiet with little to no vibration but does defiantly sway on the med seas.

The main area Centrum is beautiful and was a fun spot at New Years with the all the balloons. Elevators are fast efficient and many are glass. The ship personnel were mostly Eastern European and tended not to be over friendly but if you made an attempt they opened up and were quite nice.

Shopping on the ship is horrid, nothing like the larger ships no mall just a small area forward the dinning room food and service simply disappointing. Specialty restaurants Chops, Giovanni's were excellent, Chefs table for New Years Eve while very good it did not match Allure or Oasis Chef Table food or service, Izumi is an expensive dismal failure IMO and finally the Windjammer which I thought was better buffet than any ship we have been on.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Good Cabins, stinky bathrooms and worth the money for a balcony they had lots of room and comfortable furniture.
