The "friendliest crew at Sea!"

Considering the ship entered service in the 2002- it is in great shape for its age. This being my 13th cruise, the crew is the FRIENDLIEST at sea. Eddy, the cabin stewart knew and addressed me by name when he saw me. Asked how the day was- Always asked if I needed anything. Bianca on embarkation was fabulous in buffet, brining ice tea to the table. In the Renoir dining room, my Head Waiter Erik Ryan and his staff: Diantara, Sukirman, and Lisa all were terrific, competant and entertaining with a great sense of humor. Food was pleasantly arranged and displayed on the plate and the temperature with perfect. Cruise director is definitely the most obnoxious CD.

Inside cabin 2201 is one of the best secrets on this class of Carnival ships- with the shape of an “L”, each person has their own sleeping space.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Cabin 1A

You do hear the waves crashing against the hull- if that would bother you- skip this cabin and those around it.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Bought the "plantation and local culture" excursion- waste of time and money.

Grand Turk

walked along the beach and found JACKS- spent a couple of hours online and enjoying the warm weather in the shade of a table
