We were with a family group of 11 and had an amazing time on the Sun Princess and she still lives up to her name of providing excellent service with a personal touch. This was a Xmas and New Year Cruise and attention to detail was made to create that Xmas atmosphere; with the ship decorated nicely in Xmas theme, Santa Claus visit for the kiddies, Xmas Choir and Xmas treats., News Years hats for the gentleman and tierras for the ladies in the dining room, a lovely New Years Eve Ballon Drop Party. They also did a ballon drop for Princess's 50th Anniversary and this was a great evening.

We cruised with her back in 2011 and the staff services right through out the ship were excellent, nothing is too much trouble, ask and you shall receive within reason. This has been our 6th cruise with Princess and the quality of service by all staff in all areas has been top grade and the personal touches by staff make it even more special.
