Sail Date: Dec 2015
Traveled with children

My family (with 2 small children) went on this ship over Christmas. The first nightmare started with the reservation of restaurant online before we set sail. The system was unreliable, it crashed many times, things we thought reserved suddenly disappeared from our schedule... the list goes on.

With regards to the ship, the hardware was modern and beautiful. The food at the complimentary restaurants were seriously substandard, to the point it was an insult to the passengers. We had lunch at one of the complimentary restaurants one day, the table was clean, when we pulled the chairs out, we noticed there were napkins, spoons, forks, dropped food under the table. We also tried the DreamWorks breakfast, that was also disappointing. The food was substandard, the waitress had no idea what customers were ordering (she could not tell the difference between plain yogurt, eggs and sausages), our and our friends' order were taken wrong.

If you were to go on this cruise, only go to the paid restaurants. Anyhow, our advice is - this is not the cruise you usually see in Europe or the US. Don't do it.
