I must preface this writing by saying we are spoiled. We have been on "all inclusive" cruises before and Norwegian nickels and dimes you to death. That got old real fast. I have lots of examples but will limit it to the supposed UNLIMITED beverage card. Unlimited, to me, means "without limitation". I saw the notice about the $15 per drink limit but totally missed anything else. Turns out that water is not included. Water?? Come on. If you want a bottle of water its $3. Also, I drink Diet Pepsi, my caffeine of choice. I could order it, through room service, for free but was told, when I checked our bill a few days into the trip, that the sodas from the room's refrigerator cost a lot. No one told me in advance that the refrigerator was a "mini bar". On past cruises the refrigerator was stocked, we took what we wanted, it was restocked and everything was included. I just assumed NCL was the same.

We had a penthouse suite in the aft. We liked the location but the room was very dated and the furniture was worn with definite wear marks on most pieces. The brochure said we would have both a butler and concierge and would have unpacking service. I can certainly unpack my own suitcase but I would have liked to have that service offered to me. It wasn't. We saw the concierge once on departure and again at the gangway a week later.

Two of three ports were tender ports. Why? The tenders were old and not well maintained. It made the whole experience less than pleasant.
