Was our second cruise on Oceania. The food, accommodations, and employees were top notch. We were upset about three issues. Not sure if it were my travel agent or the cruise line had the poor communications

1. 20 hours of port time were cut from our interery. We were not advised until the day before each port of the changes. We had booked side trips with. Local companies that we could not keep because of our cut in port time. Attempting to receive a refund. For our missed trips.

2. Our interery for our flights made by Oceania were changed and we were not advised. Our scheduled showed we had a three hour layover indallas for our connecting time. When we got to Miami and received our boarding passes for the second leg of our trip it turned out to be an hour. We left 20 minutes late, waited while a plane was still in our gate in Dallas and missed our connection in Dallas on a holiday weekend.
