The food quality and service on our cruise was unacceptable in the regular venues and uneven in speciality restaurants. We tried the Main Dining Room one evening early in the cruise and never returned. The quality of the ingredients was extraordinarily low, our food was served cold, the service was chaotic and the room noisy although we dined in a relatively empty room.

Food in the Lido involved long lines due to slow service from many of the staff who spent a lot of time talking to each other. The tables remained full of used dishes and half-eaten food because there didn't seem to be adequate staff for a full complement of passengers.

One evening we had excellent service in Tamarind; however, on our second visit when the room was, perhaps, two thirds full we experienced chaos with one member of our party getting their sushi when everyone else was eating dessert. We ordered both sparkling and flat bottled water and the serves repeatedly made errors in its service.
