Sail Date: Dec 2015
Cabin: Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

We began this cruise at Miami, the embarkation procedures went very smoothly, but it seems odd to let people board at noon knowing full well their staterooms are two hours away from being ready, why not hold boarding.

This was my third cruise, though first on a small ship. Probably my last on this line.

First, given that it was the holiday cruise Chritmas decorations were Spartan at best, and not terribly festive in color choices. Though the ship is lovely to look at, the details are not so lovely, almost every window in the dining room had Mold growing from poor seals. Their were constant sign of wet paint or varnish on door frames and railing. This ship needs a proper top to bottom cleaning.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A1

The cabin was extremely small, the love seat was not comfortable, and the cushions did not fit properly on the seat. The curtain were not fixed to the walls so that light came in from both sides every morning. The bathroom made aircraft both room look spacious, the shower was tiny, anyone even slightly above average in height or girth could not comfortably shower. Also the veranda door leaked, so during rough sailing the carpet was quite wet.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

The tour was exactly what was promised, though if booked independently, would have been much cheaper.
