My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. First, I would like to say this is a beautiful boat with great food! However, the waiting staff do not spend much time making it special for you since you probably will be dining elsewhere the following night.

We were continuously being double charged and spent most of our time at the customer service desk and I still am waiting for a refund on an excursion that wasn't even taken. What takes the cake is my husband asked for a pen to sign my anniversary card and was told he could not use theirs but could purchase one in the onboard shop!

I am a frequent crusier at least once a year sometimes twice but I assure you all the ammennties on this ship were not worth the insult and rudeness! I ignored the reviews about their rudeness hoping it was just one persons bad experiences but oh boy was I wrong!!!! And I also was giving a special number to call for customer service post cruise. I held 40 min. But no ever answered to address my problem. I guess they really don't care
