Our first time trying NCL and feel disappointed after boarding we found out the bowling alley had been removed, the new water slides installed over 2 months ago were not in use and waiting to be removed, the climbing wall only open once for two hours, the sports court was huge and great but try getting a ball to have a family play about none to be found or stored anywhere you get them. The theatre was only ever half full due to the poor shows or when something decent was on something else was on elsewhere, they were fazing out Nickelodeon and most kids hung around the staircase, due to the advertised Wii U on a giant screen very rarely in use or the doors to kids clubs closed. There was no teens leopard lounge as advertised.

Hated have to be a contortionist to get onto the balcony whilst the kids were asleep in the morning as the pull down bed covers the doors to the balcony.

Staff were friendly and the photographers were never in your face for photos.
