I have been on other cruise lines before and this one by far was the worse. I can break down each department....

*BAR SERVICE - I paid for the Unlimited Beverage Package - I was still charged tax on my drinks while import. I was NEVER notified of this.....I called NCL and spoke to three people prior to sailing and I was told by three people there would be no charge for drinking. When i realized this was happening I spoke to guest services to a higher up person and was told the rest of the cruise I could enjoy. Well when we got the FL I was charged again for every drink.....

*HOUSE KEEPING - Never replace used up amenities. I had no lotion since day 4. They have a sign in the bathroom to hang towels up if they don't need to be cleaned everyday and place on floor if you want new ones.....Doesn't matter where they are they take them anyway. If you don't leave your room in the morning they will not return to make your bed later in the day. They also DO NOT pull down the bunk bed for the night. I did it every night. Every day no matter the time you were always looking at someones dirty dishes from room service. I have chocolate covered strawberries and the plate sat outside my door for two days!!!!
