We were the 3rd cruise after Dry dock and the AC in the entire Sector of Deck 10 Caribe Starboard side midsection was barely working! When walking in the hallway of the entire area mentioned above you could feel the stuffiness and hotter air temperature due to the AC not working efficiently. We had been on the Emerald Princess just 3 months prior but on a different deck so we had a good reference as to what a "properly working AC" should feel like.

We paid a premium to have a Balcony, but could not enjoy the view etc. due to having to keep the Curtains and Drapes fully closed to curtail the heat and sunlight to make the barely working AC temperature tolerable. We reported the AC problem twice to Customer Service, and after two days someone made and appearance to our Cabin but the AC problem was not fixed. Even though they left a card next to the thermostat claiming that the problem was fixed.

We also had a leak in the back of the toilet which caused a constant puddle issue. Once again, we had to call twice before Customer Service finally sent someone to fix the leak..two days later!

Cabin BE

The AC in our Cabin and the entire Deck 10 Caribe Deck starboard side midsection was not working efficiently. This problem existed for the entire duration of our cruise.

The toilet leaked for 2 days, causing a puddle issue, and it took two days and two calls to Customer Service before someone showed up to resolve the problem.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

We took the Tram Tour via an intended operator. There is really nothing to see outside the immediate shopping area close to the Ship.

The outer perimeter area is just shacks and donkeys etc.
