We are Elite Plus on Celebrity and have been on many cruises and different classes of Celebrity ships. This was one of our favorite cruises. I know everyone has a different perspective of the ship and their cruise, however no negatives from us. Also, I think people seem to expect something for nothing, which just won't work theses days. Anyway, we found the crew to be smiling, caring and engaging. We had a suite as there were three of us. This allowed us access to Luminae and Michaels club - both good experiences. The staff and food in Luminae are exceptional. We looked forward to each meal in this restaurant. Our cabin service was prompt and efficiencient each day. The Captain's club hostess, Ashley, was great. She knew everyone's name and always inquired about their day. The receptions eac night for captains club guests were so enjoyable from the Reflections lounge. Great view. The ship is in excellent shape and goes in for dry dock in a month to "spruce up". We are anxious to see the new additions and will have the opportunity when we sail on the Summit over New Years in December.

Captain Kate is well liked by guests and staff. Her personality shows through each staff member. She arranged a special New Year's Eve gift for the guests. We left St Maarten and docked offshore. At midnight we were able to see three fabulous firework demonstrations from the island. Amazing!!! The staff were able to join guests for a short period on deck for the NY's Eve party which was fun for everyone. This was one of the best And we'll run New Year's Eve we have spent on a ship. Embarkation and disembarking were some of our smoothest.

So, from our perspective this is a wonderful ship, terrific crew and officers who are interested in exceeding their guests expectations. Great job!!!
