This was our second cruise , first was on the Princess Cruise line where the food was outstanding , not so much on Carnival . The burgers were good but it would have been very kind to call the rest of the food mediocre . The eggs were not indentifiadle as such and had no taste . The rest of the food was of the same quality . Looking on the bright side your not likely to gain weight on this cruise !

The rest of the cruise was OK , except don't go shopping in Progreso . Turns out Progreso is a slum . They claim they have a free shuttle bus to take you to town for shopping with one coming back to the boat every 20 min . Once they get you to town they don't want to take you back to the boat ! We waited an hour and people had to get in front of the bus and refuse to let it leave before they agreed to take us back to the boat ! Other than that it was an OK cruise . Next time we will go with Princess Cruise Line !!
