This was a family ship. We expected things to be biased towards this .They were! Our cabin was great, we had a suite. The staff were wonderful. The food was variable. I have a severe food allergy and despite my contacting P&O nobody had been told. Their solution to this was very poor. On previous cruise it has been excellent. The choice of wine was good and excellent value but sometimes you had almost finished lunch before the drinks appeared. Dinner could be the same unless you pre ordered the wine.

The excursion was ruined by other passengers who had moved the reserved signs from the seats for disabled passengers. I spent the entire trip trying not to vomit as I had to sit at the back. They laughed. I hope P&O sort this. I have been very disappointed with their handling of special needs.

The lack of silver service and the removal of semi-formal has definitely lowered the standards. This is reflected throughout the cruise. There was a very casual approach.
