Myself and 5 others amongst 3 cabin next to each other had similar experiences. Every single day our room was covered in the smell of old, wet cigarettes, and the stench from the septic tank. It made it hard for me to want to spend anytime in there room at all. We paid almost triple the normal fee of their cruises bc it was New Year's and that was what we came to everyday when we walked in.
The dinning experience was awful. The staff was not friendly and everyone seemed extremely unmotivated to provide their guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The bad experiences keep mounting up and we asked what to do on the final day to express our displeasure with the cruise line. We were given a number 800 929 6400 and made to feel that was all that could be done.

all our smelled like wet old cigarettes. We walked down the hall and could smell the stench from the septic tank everywhere by our cabin. The service was terrible bc of a very rude staff.
