Our Cabin Steward was fantastic...friendly and very interested in our cruise experience. The cabin itself is small and dated. Biggest complaint was the lumpy bed. Other cruisers were allowed to smoke cigars on their balconies

- The one specialty meal that we paid for was very mediocre

- The onboard iConcierge app/wifi worked intermittently

- TV's in the cabin are small and the screens are poor quality

- Beds are not comfortable

Norwegian tries hard to appeal to many different demographics....On the + side:

- Ship was generally clean

- Embarkation and Disembarkation were easy

- Staff were generally pleasant

- Cabin Steward was a Rock Star

- The Magician/Comedian Jean Pierre was great

- Crepe Bar was awesome

Needs improvement:

- Food was bland and not very tasty.
