Overall very pleased with the ship as we travelled with Grandkids, 5,10 and 13. They loved the kids clubs and activities which are to be commended. The food was excellent in the main restaurants with good choice and preparation. The drinks package was very fair and saved the big "sting' at the end of the cruise. Wait staff were vey busy but enthusiastic, could have been more staff at times bit that's a management issue. Entertainment was very good but we did not avail ourselves of any shows.

The down sides, disgraceful arrangement when tendering to the private island, massive queues built up very quickly for the return trip, boarding the tender was a farce with a lot of waiting around. When we got back to the ship we waited an unacceptable amount of time to get back on board, the reason being that there was only one luggage X-ray machine in use, on Celebrety there are at least three on the go, typical nickel and dime from the management who would rather save on capital costs than the comfort of passengers.

When we went to order the pictures that had been taken it was absolute chaos with staff on phones writing on scraps of paper, ignoring people waiting, I had to step in when two happy cruisers nearly came to blows as to who was next in line. I asked a member of staff why so much paper in use and he looked at me as if I had arrived from the planet Zog, he then told me in in a bored fashion to come back in an hour and the pictures may be ready for collection, after a few terse words from me he graciously agreed to send them to the cabin, again, this is a management issue and someone at the top needs to take a close look at the few issues that clouded an otherwise great trip.
