Firstly I was quite dismayed when hearing about the negative reviews given to this ship for the 2 night sampler cruise before our 10 nighter. I know however that everyone has different expectations when they go on a cruise and I kept this in mind when boarding.

Our experience with cruising is a 9 nighter to the same area on P & O and a 12 night Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian. We had heard that Royal Caribbean was good so decided to give them a try.

I can honestly say that we had a fantastic cruise and could not fault it at all. Embarkation was smooth as we had a 3pm check in and we arrived early and no lines and very easy process. Our Oceanview cabin was spacious with lots of drawers and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was the usual size with enough space for toiletries.
