We decided to celebrate Christmas in a new way this year. No presents but lots of family time with memories that we hope last a life time with our 2 daughters.

We arrived in Miami on Friday the 18th, we checked into the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Brickell Downtown. Our stay here was nice, staff welcoming, pool area clean and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning is fabulous they do a wonderful job feeding you before you begin your day. We took a cab to the port which took us about 20 minutes.

We arrived at the Miami port with no problems and someone was there to take our bags from us to be delivered later that day to our stateroom. We arrived in the terminal to wait in line to be checked in the boarding process went very smooth and nothing to complain about. NCL does a nice job at making you feel comfortable while you wait for boarding. There was coffee, juice, cookies waiting for you in the lobby area.

Tortola

There is beauty to be seen on the excursion but you spend a lot of time traveling to the island. 40 min ferry ride and 20 min bus ride there and back don't leave you a lot of time to enjoy what is here.

Nassau

if you want to swim with dolphins or sea lions this maybe the excursion for you. This is not a beautiful beach or swimming area. Do your research on this excursion so your not disappointed.
