Excellent cruise that was blessed with good weather throughout. The Cruise started on a cold but calm day in uk and we sailed after an easy embarkation having a lovely lunch and by the time we got to our cabin our luggage was there . The food throughout was superb with the dining Room staff as usual on top of everything. ,the entertainment equal to the best west end shows and drink prices had remained quite stable.
The Boat is so stable you hardly feel the movement and soon we were at Lisbon on a warm sunny day and doing the rounds of that great city with its tremendous bargains ,Gibraltar was as always a great stop a little piece of England in the sun with its Apes as always ready to snatch whatever you had out of your hands,be warned they can be aggressive. Casablanca was lively and full of bargains d9nt let the many "guides" help you it is easy to get about and bargains especially leather work are everywhere. On to Marbella very quite out of season but warm and sunny and nice to have a coffee sat in the sun. Cadiz next ,historical and interesting but nothing special . Our next stop was Vigo but the weather had deteriorated and the Captain ,happily ,decided to weather the storm in port ,good decision as Vigo is a boring and un-necessary stop. Weather improved and a two day sail saw us back in Southampton Early Morning. A great cruise thank you Oriana and your great Staff and Crew and P&O too we will be back on this Boat again soon. Do your own excursion arrangements its so much cheaper.
