Embarkation was an absolute FIASCO! People were directed into the wrong lines to pay a fee for entry into Argentina. We were not told in advance that there would be a fee of $160/person on top of the fares and fees we had already paid! Hundreds of passengers (mostly seniors) lined up for hours to use 2 computers to register and pay the fee. No water, no seating. Computer forms were in Spanish--NCL did not think to even provide an interpreter. No reason for this as we were not going to arrive in Argentina for over 2 weeks. We would have had ample time to handle this once we were aboard.
Food was WAY below par in complementary dining rooms. Save for one daily chef's special, the menu did not vary for 33 days! No kidding--33 days with the same few menu choices gets very boring!
NCL has seen fit to remove all washers & dryers that were available to passengers. They charge $20 for a small bag of laundry and take 2 days to return it to you. They must have taken in a few thousand dollars from passengers on our 33 day voyage! Be forewarned if you plan to be aboard the SUN for more than a week of so! No way to do your own laundry!
