Kudos to the Guest Relations staff! Very pleasant to work with and would always be interested in hearing what you had to say. Investigated any "issues" and got back to you. Can't ask for more than that. Hats off particularly to Neil. Neil, you know who you are. I have travelled heavily by cruise ship all my adult life and also by way of land tours (I was an international Tour Director for nearly a decade. I know what is reasonable and customary and what is just foolishness. So thank you for making my cruise better.

Loved the food and the entertainment was pretty high up there too.

The cruise desperately lacked any attention to singles travelling either together or alone.Should have first night meet-and-greet for sure, could have a table of singles should they want to eat together, etc...Guest Relations admitted they definitely need to work on that. I was lonely at times with only couples or families. Good passengers and staff, though, was a big plus.
