The food in the dining room was disgusting. We tried it twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Disgusting each time and we didn't eat it. We even ordered the special meals that were an additional $20 - still bad. We ended up eating the buffet or pizza. We have always heard the food on a cruise is the best; this isn't true on this ship. The salads were fresh as was the fruit. Music was so loud on the Lido deck it was impossible to have a conversation without shouting. The music never seemed to stop. It was just annoying . We left the bar on the Promenade deck when the music starting blaring. Difficult to find a quiet place to read or have a conversation. The service onboard was excellent. Our cabin steward, Yul, was very nice, conscientious and kept our room spotless. We found all the crew to be nice and were willing to help in every way. We took showers at night because there was no hot water at 7 in the morning. The casino was fun and we would have played longer but, again, the blaring music was distracting. This was our first and last cruise. Next time we'll fly.

Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Liked the robe so much I purchased one. The windows were in need of serious cleaning. Room was cleaned twice a day and always fresh towels. Yul was our steward and he was always friendly. We gave him a large well deserved tip for his efforts. Our room was in the back of the ship and very peaceful.
