My priorities: Thank you all ship crew. The engineers "screwsmen" for the mechanical challanged "Star" (propulsion) being repaired for my trip. This enabled the ship to reach all port on schedule for the week. Plumbers still have work in public bathrooms. Maybe caused by free drinks, amateur drinking or maybe mechanical. Stateroom shower had uncontrollable pulsating temperature variations. Fixed promptly after reported. NCl accounting still has problems. Same on last cruise. Many trips to front desk & many, many phone calls. Male employees polite "hint". Always takes 3 days to get problems resolved. You finally have to get to someone with authority. Many layers of management with inability or authority to make things right.

Now to the good things: I use this ship for scuba diving transportation. Weather was good. Times in port good. Two good dive days. Fulfilled my priorities - Roatan & Belize.

Ship has changed since last time we sailed, improvements. Star bar is no more. Area is now Sugarcane Mojito Bar & Moderno restaurant. Miroslav, bar tender shared our stories all week, Thank you. Another improvement was O' Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar & Grill. This was new also. Thank you, did not go to the buffet all week. Versailles, main dining room. Most servers were very good & personable. Most entrees served in bowls. My stand out one, the first evening was duck. I renamed it "redneck duck" It was pulled duck on noodles. Had a steak a few time. Good flavor & taste, but with grissle. I missed the cheese tray. Another take away along with the free lobster. Ate at 3 speciality restaurants. They are not at the standard as they used to be. Giving the dinners for free did not improve quality. Cagney's- I would like to know how many people were able to read the fine print at the bottom of the menu? Le Bistro with Ronnie (host) get the top rating. He & the waiter made my evening memorable, along with the mussels.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

Cabin OK

1 bathroom, 2 people, husband & wife. Wet dive gear. What do you think.

Tri, cabin steward worked around the gear, with a smile & efficiency.
