Not the best Norwegian cruise I have taken. Embarking was horrible, luggage was grabbed from us in what looked like an alley. Getting our boarding pass was simple, but after that it all went down hill. We had to waited in a room for over an hour, with no notification as why we were not boarding. The staff was not the happiest like I have experienced on previous Norwegian ships. All the food that came with the cruise, "not the paid for restaurants" was not good, even the main restaurants food was just so so. Heard one couple say it was better than at home, I had to tell them not so in my case.

The entertainment was really good, but that is about the best I can say for this cruise.

If Norwegian is going to continue this way, I will not be sailing on them again.
