We booked cabin 12019 which is a Spa Balcony cabin located on deck 12 forward. Upon boarding we went to the only two elevators that go to deck 12 to take our carry-on luggage to the cabin. We could only get up to deck 10. We were told that both of the elevators were being used to transport luggage to all decks. I questioned one of the ship's personnel about this and she checked into it and we were told both elevators would be back into operation after all luggage was dispersed throughout the ship. I wound up having to lug all our carry-ons up three decks. At age 75 that was not such an easy task.

The layout of deck 5 requires any one whether a smoker or non-smoker to walk through the wall of smoke in the casino if you want to get from the atrium to aft on the ship.

We booked the Best of Bonaire shore excursion and for what we paid for it, it was not worth the money. Read more
