My three young daughters and I planned their mother-daughter holiday cruise. We also crises summer 2015 it was a great experience the water park was the main focus of attraction for them. There was non stop evenings music & a festive upbeat atmosphere. That's why we decided to go back again. We just admit it was a very disappointing experience this time. The water park was partly shut down the water bucket & shower spray were turned off. No even on dinghy was a party on the deck, no festive atmosphere at all. Christmas Day was so boring, again minimal choices fur entertaining throught out the ship. We were suppose to dock at 2:00 PM in Curaçao but due to a 'logistics' error Othef ship docked there as well caused us to dock at 7:00 PM I read, they gave each passenger a $50.00 dollars onboard credit for the inconvenience.

My girls were disappointed as Santa didn't give any gifts on Christmas Day! The kids club was always over crowded with lots of kids that my you get daughter found it unamused. The food was rationated, simple and not impressed wit their preservation at the main restaurants, service was less than average, the excuse was 'too busy'. Cre members were unattentive except customer service staff. Spa manager was unexperience & didn't take it seriously when I reported a public hazard violation about a neglected urine spill at the common area(rain spa shower- this I have reported the day before but nothing was done to address it-that inundated the stone seats relaxation chamber with unpleasant urine smell that constantly circulated through the vents system, she made fun of my complaint & found it hard to believe someone will actually urinate in a public shower. Breakfast was simply with same daily selections, fruits offerings & healthy choices were scant.
