This was the second cruise for my wife and I and we had enjoyed the first so much we so much we wanted to take our niece and her husband to be with us. This was our first trip with NCL and we were excited to go.

Embarkation- we stayed close to the port the night before and left our hotel about an our before our report time. We had NO trouble getting on the boat, the whole process took maybe an hour, I don't know how it took anyone longer than that unless they were completely lost.

Cabin- our balcony cabin was fine overall the bed was horrible. There must have been someone considerably large sleeping in that bed prior to us. One side of the mattress was completely smashed, we tried several times to get it replaced with no success. Our room Stewart was horrible. Our niece was getting everything restocked daily with towel animals and chocolates every night in the other room we paid for but we couldn't get more than one towel.
