We sailed on the Dec 12,2015 sailing of the Reflection out of Miami. Unfortunately there was a bomb scare that delayed us for 3 and1/2 hours standing in line in the heat with no announcements at first just rumors. Finally bottles of water were handed out. After drinking water guess what the bathrooms were need.. well the port a potties were across the street and had no toilet paper. So we waited and waited until they let us in.I had requested a wheelchair and they told me that they ran out of them. I have back issues so I started to walk slowly until I managed to catch a wheel chair on the way down for the rest of the way to my 7th deck cabin.

Our steward was very nice and attentive as were our waiter and busboy in the dining room as well. The food was ok but not as good as it used to be in the MDR .We had anytime dining and wanted the same table waiter and busboy every night at the same time and we had to ask every night. The night we ate in Tuscany the food was not as great as it had been and the price was higher. Over all, we feel that as elite members we should be treated better. Celebrity has cheapened their line and as we get older we want more luxury not less. Yes the ship is beautiful but it's sorely lacking what you can get in oceania or regent.

We don't appreciate inferior entertainment in particular the comediennes and inferior food. We'll have to think twice before booking Celebrity again.
