My husband and I planned this cruise since august 2014. So we were very excited about it. This was our second cruise with the Carnival Liberty. We did our first cruise with our daughter in December 2012. Karl was the cruise director then. We arrived at the port around 11:30 on the embarkation day and by 12:00 we were seated and having a meal. We then went back out and browsed around the shops in the port. At 1:00 our baggage were in our cabin #2284. Everything were neat and in order. We meet the workers who clean our cabin and throughout the cruise they ensured that we had everything we needed. Michelle was fantastic and saw that all were cleaned and in order.

Carnival Liberty is indeed a fun ship. There were so many activities that we were not able to keep up with all. However, you must take in the shows in the Venetian lounge and the comedy shows. The welcome aboard show was also good. I still prefer our last cruise director Karl with a K. There are lots of things to do and see. Breakfast and lunch are also most the same each day. Carnival need to offer some variation to the meals. We had my time dinning in the Golden Olympian dinning Room. Hats off to Freddy and his team. They made our dinning experience one we will always remember. The night of our anniversary he and the others sang happy anniversary and also brought us a cake with a candle. The food were great most of the time but almost the same menu every other night. There should be a variety. Thanks Freddy we will always remember you and your kindness to us.

The ports of call were all excited places for us to visit. We enjoyed Puerto Rico and St. Thomas the most for the shopping experiences we had there. The internet package offered was great and through out the cruise we were able to keep in touch with our friend and family. Formal nights were very formal indeed. About 90% of the people dinning were all dressed up in formal wear. Overall we did had a tremendous time and will be going on that same cruise in December 2016 once God spare our lives.
