This was our first long cruise having taken mini cruises before. The ship is impressive but staff appeared miserable and demotivated. We loved dressing up, the for in The Peninsular freedom dining was fantastic. We did pay to eat at both Sindhu and Limelight, "Morcambe & Wise" were superb both but food was disappointing. We had booked before arriving on board but no tables were reserved, we did complain and Kenneth offered us a return visit to Sindhu and at that time food was excellent. Our cabin was huge and located mid ship on C deck accessible only by lift.

Standards slipped with guests not adhering to the dress code. Guests also reserved sun beds for hours at a time leaving many guests disappointed. We would have use The Retreat had we known about it at the start of the cruise only 5 spaces allocated on the day.

Overall a fantastic cruise, madam in the Crows Nest kept us entertained as did Lauren the female part of the singin duo.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside

Large bed was extra comfortable. Our cabin steward was next to useless, we invariable had to call room service to get ice. One big suggestion, stock the mini bar and replenish bottled water free of charge
